So, a little about me... I have always had this thing, kind of deep inside, that just compels me to help others. For many years I have been supporting colleagues and clients (and friends of course!)  get out of their own way, gain some real clarity about what it is that really lights them up in life and most importantly what is stopping them from achieving those dreams.

I have worked for many years in the corporate world. As an ex HR Director in the automotive and construction industries, my roles have been exhilarating, rewarding, but also very demanding. I have enjoyed great successes, but they have also come at a cost.

Spending far too little time at home, feeling guilty for leaving before breakfast, feeling a failure for not getting home in time for homework and dinner, not exercising enough, not eating well enough, not giving my loved ones enough. And that was just the personal side. In the corporate world, I was often feeling like I wasn't professionally worthy, I found myself digging really deep in meetings to find my voice, I was waiting for someone to tap me on the shoulder and say 'time is up, you have been found out, you have no idea what you're doing!'.

Then I decided I needed to make a change. You know when you reach the point of thinking "this is scary, but what's the alternative?". I went for it, I got myself a coach. For me, it started with a change in mindset,  an acknowledgment of 'why' I had certain limiting beliefs, it started with being true to myself and acknowledging it's ok I'm not superwoman (although I do still love her outfit..).

That's when I made the decision to do what I dreamed of; to follow my mission to support Corporate Professionals like you. Through working on your whole self, together we can release your negative blocks, overcome your limiting beliefs and transform your mindset to cognitive freedom.

All the while on the face of it I had it all, and often I did. But there have also been many times where I have been crumbling inside, full of self doubt, overwhelmed by my inner critic, and not knowing which way to turn.
