About this episode

The podcast is hosted by Ali Whelan and features Helen Valls Russsell from Ergocom

Helen had a very set idea of where her career would go - she planned to be the UK equivalent of Ruth Bader Ginsburg and thought she had to change the world in a very set way with a certain type of career but when she worked out that dream didn't suit her she went a different way and in January 2021 I became Director at Ergocom, heading up a UK-wide team of multidisciplinary health professionals who provide specialist assessments and vocational case management, supporting insurers, employers, and their employees to achieve successful return to work outcomes after illness and injury.
