Starting work at 15 at Subway, Bobbie moved into a retail role but after that company went into administration Bobbie moved into a weekend team member role working between the Spinnaker Tower and the Mary Rose museum. With an easy going personality and an appetite to get involved with everything she worked her way up through the organisation to become Operations Manager.
