Libby is a Professor of Energy Materials at Newcastle University, which is no mean feat for a woman of only 41 and a mum of two children!! 

 

Research in her group focuses on solar cell and solar fuel devices that function at a molecular level and challenge the conventional solid-state photovoltaic technologies and could go a long way to helping solve our energy crisis.
