About this episode

The podcast is hosted by Ali Whelan and features Cali O’Connor who started her career as chemical and biomolecular engineer but subsequently quit her job, traveled the world and worked to heal burnout. After a period of career transition as an ops manager at a language travel company Cali now lives in Mexico, working 20 hrs per week as a recruiter for an education company and in her own business, helping burnt out professionals take that break they need to heal burnout, travel, and transition into an aligned future.

Cali shares how she can bring a fresh perspective to having a gap in your CV/resume and how you can plan to take a break AND still have a successful career if that is what you choose.
