Since qualifying over 20 years ago, Lisa has spent the best part of her career helping women feel fitter, stronger & more confident by changing their lifestyles.She now specialise in working with menopausal ladies, as she can relate to the many issues we face during our midlife years and how exercise can help alleviate these problems.

Lisa has always worked in jobs that she has really enjoyed, having fun at the same time, and ultimately following her passion (engaging with and helping people), as well as fulfilling her family commitments.
