The 78th Emmy Awards ceremony takes place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on Monday evening, with all the biggest names from the world of TV stepping out on the red carpet.
Law & Order: SVU star Mariska Hargitay, herself a four-time Emmy winner, is presiding over the three-hour broadcast as master of ceremonies where the likes of The Pitt, Widow’s Bay, Hacks, and many more are hoping to win big.
The traditional red carpet has been swapped for a peacock blue one, celebrating NBC’s 100th anniversary.
Among the early arrivals on the blue carpet were the likes of Abbott Elementary’s Lisa Ann Walter, and Your Friends & Neighbours stars Eunice Bae and Isabel Gravitt.
Scottish actor and Baby Reindeer star Richard Gadd soon followed, alongside fellow Brit and musician Mark Ronson.
Adam Brody, whose Netflix comedy Nobody Wants This, was also in attendance on the blue carpet among the earlier arrivals.
And Slow Horses stalwart Ruth Bradley turned heads in a stunning red number, as did one-time Emmy winner Niecy Nash.
When it comes to the nominations, two HBO productions dominate the nominations race this year. The Pitt, a medical drama, tops the field with 25 nods, while the final series of beloved comedy Hacks trails narrowly behind on 24.

Both face stiff competition from a pair of Apple TV+ newcomers in the form of supernatural thriller Widow’s Bay and science-fiction series Pluribus.
Other programmes in contention include Slow Horses, Abbott Elementary, DTF St Louis and The Bear.
Among the acting nominees, Noah Wyle and Colman Domingo are both in the running, as is Sarah Snook.
British talent is well represented too, with Matthew Rhys making history as the sole performer nominated for two lead acting prizes, for Widow’s Bay and The Beast In Me.
Fellow lead acting contenders Zendaya and Keri Russell are among the fashion names to watch, with Zendaya celebrating her nomination for the final run of Euphoria.
Ayo Edebiri, Elle Fanning and Chase Infiniti – the latter making her Emmys debut fresh from film awards season – are all up for comedy and drama lead actress prizes.
Sarah Pidgeon, Claire Danes and Carey Mulligan round out the limited series contenders expected to make an impression on the carpet.
On the men’s side, Sterling K Brown, Steve Carell, Oscar Isaac and Charlie Hunnam are among those drawing attention.
British nominees Gary Oldman, for Slow Horses, and Riz Ahmed, recognised for Bait, will also hope to bag a gong for the Brits.
