Jet2 has put more than 32,000 extra seats on sale today as it extends its Tunisia programme into the winter season.
The UK’s largest tour operator is now offering flights to Tunisia through Winter 2027/28 from five airports — Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and London Stansted — giving holidaymakers nine extra weeks of getaway options beyond the Summer 2027 season.
Extra routes come amid strong demand from customers and independent travel agents who have been taking bookings since Tunisia was first announced back in June.
So how does the extended schedule work? Flights will run for four weeks past the summer season, right through to November 30, 2027, before picking up again from February 11, 2028, ahead of Summer 2028.
The longer season covers both the October and February half-term breaks, to give families more chance to enjoy North African sunshine without being limited to peak summer dates.
Tunisia has been popular since Jet2 first revealed it as a new destination in June, appealing to holidaymakers thanks to a promise of golden beaches, year-round warmth, ancient Roman ruins, vibrant medinas and stunning desert landscapes.
There is plenty of choice when it comes to resorts too, with Hammamet, Yasmine Hammamet, Port el Kantaoui, Sousse, Skanes and Mahdia all available to book.
This comes just a week after Jet2 announced a brand-new Summer 2028 route from Bristol Airport, opening up Tunisia to travellers in the South West as well.

CEO of Jet2, Steve Heapy, said: “The response to the launch of Tunisia for Summer 2027 has been fantastic. With plenty of demand from customers and independent travel agents looking to book early and looking to book Tunisia for some winter sunshine, we are delighted to be extending our programme into the Winter 2027/28 season, giving them exactly what they want.
“This expansion gives customers even more opportunities to enjoy everything that Tunisia has to offer, whilst enjoying our industry-leading customer service.
“We know there is enormous appetite for this destination, and we are pleased to be responding by offering customers greater choice and flexibility when planning their holidays.”
